Our Return Policy is Simple
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any inkjet cartridge for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from DayGloStore.com.

How to Return
To return any item no call is required. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely and ship to the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail or postal mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
